Analyst Product Owner

Using your strong expertise in business analytics and delivery of reports and dashboards, your role will help answer business questions with data across the various business domains of your stakeholders, and act as the Product Owner for dashboards and reports that the technical delivery teams build and maintain for your portfolio of stakeholders in the North American Market.

Your role

Using PowerBI, Excel and other analytic tools, respond to questions and deliver answers with data and solutions that meet the needs of the requestor.For stakeholders needing PowerBI or Salesforce CRMA dashboards, define the analytic product vision and requirements, develop and maintain the high-level product roadmap and act as the product’s ambassador through its lifecycle aligning the product features and capabilities to Stakeholder NeedsCollaborates with the Stakeholder Success Leader to perform discovery and requirements gathering activities with Stakeholders.Co-manages the Product Team through delivery sprints with the delivery team leaders for dashboards and reports.Works with the Product Team to prioritize and quickly resolve break/fixes.Ensure the quality, integrity, and reliability of analytic products and applications.Monitor analytic product adoption and ensure performance and efficiency.Stay up-to-date on the latest Azure technologies in business intelligence and automation.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field4+ years delivering analytic solutions such as dashboards or reportsStrong knowledge of Azure services and SharepointExperience with data processing languages such as SQL, Python, and ScalaExperience with agile methodologies on Azure DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD)Experience in Healthcare or Medical Technology Sectors, preferredExperience with Azure AI services, preferredExperience with no-code/low-code platforms or automation platforms such as UI Path, preferredStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
