SeekingWe are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer with a focus on client/server software development, REST API best practices, and interfacing with relational databases. This engineer will contribute to the development and support of a cloud-based management system. The product we are developing is still changing as we make improvements and add features. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools is a plus to help keep tasks organized. This is an exciting product and time for the organization, and we hope you will join us on this journey.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science/similar field with 3+ years of experience, or 7+ years of comparable professional experience in web applications and/or backend APIs.Solid foundation in object-oriented programming, algorithms, and data structures.Experience creating applications using C# and http://ASP.NET.Knowledge of modern cloud application development such as AWS, Docker, and CI/CD tools.Responsibilities Development and maintenance of a cloud-based backend server that is the foundation of our product.Participate in technical architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions within the team.
