Position overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Sales Professionals to join our team on a contract basis. As a Sale Professional at PHXGospel Media LLC you will play a pivotal role in connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions across our diverse range of services. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their business goals.· Demonstrate empathy, confidence, and charisma in interactions with potential clients. · Utilize excellent listening skills to identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable services.· Collaborate with clients to create customized advertising and marketing solutions.· Leverage knowledge of website, advertising, and marketing to address client requirements effectively.· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.· Demonstrate resilience, passion, and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in advertising, radio or related industry.· Knowledge of websites, advertising, and marketing· Compassionate and empathetic approach towards client interactions.· Excellent communication and listening skills.· Problem-solving skills and the ability to determine customer needs.· Charismatic personality with a passion for building relationships.· Honest, hardworking and attention to detail. Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales Management and Training Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software
