📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Fast growing Private Equity firm in Northern NJ seeks a VP in their investor relations department. This position will be responsible for heavy financial analysis and modeling around the company's current portfolio that can be used for communication with investors. The role has a high level of exposure to high level internal and external stakeholders and tremendous opportunity for growth and advancement.It is in office 4 days per week in Northern NJ
Responsibilities include
Support Investor Relations team with financial information preparation and communication as part of any ongoing marketing and fundraising cycle from fund concept, PPM preparation, launch, “road show” presentations, marketing, LP diligence and closing of investor capital commitments as required.Leverage investment activity and valuations across all funds, including capital calls, distributions, quarterly valuations, etc. to create bespoke investor presentations/responses to information requests.Interface directly with the Investor Relations team, finance team, senior leadership of the firm and investors.Provide guidance to finance team members as required to collaboratively accomplish deliverables and maintaining fund models for internal planning and public reporting purposes.Prepare bespoke fund performance analyses that do not otherwise exist.Assist in enveloping and prepare annual and quarterly reports, LP conference materials, pitch books, performance memos etc. as required.Complete limited partner due diligence requests and handle investor queries.Support broader finance and Investor Relations teams in dealing with new product development, existing clients and prospective investors.
Qualified candidates should have experience in financial analysis, investment banking, investor relations, or M&A with exposure to complex financial institutions.
Salary up 175-200k base with significant bonus potential and excellent benefits.
