📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking an ERP Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal functionality and utilization of our Infor M3 system. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Infor M3's capabilities and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance system efficiencies. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.

YOU WILL
Analyze business processes to recommend and implement process improvements within the Infor M3 system.Configure and customize the Infor M3 system based on evolving business requirements.Lead or participate in ERP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Provide end-user training and support, ensuring optimal system usage across departments.Work with IT teams to integrate Infor M3 with other organizational systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity.Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, system configuration, and custom development.Continually stay informed on the latest updates and best practices for Infor M3 to ensure the company is leveraging all available functionalities.
YOU HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, from an accredited college or university, plus a minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with Infor M3, including configuration, customization, and support; OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Masters Degree preferred.Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and team skills, with the ability to professionally present products to customers with professionalism, conviction, and complete product knowledge.Strong organization and time management skills. Deep understanding of ERP concepts, especially in relation to the manufacturing.Proven experience in successfully managing and executing ERP projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.High level of computer literacy of MS Office Suite (Outlook, TEAMS, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and demonstrated ability to learn new software applications.Familiarity with additional Infor products is a plus.PlNG is a nicotine free company.
