📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Wir sind PinkMic Studios, eine junge und schnell wachsende Social-Media-Agency aus Berlin. Aktuell arbeiten wir an mehreren großen Projekten und skalieren unsere Strukturen, um langfristig zu den führenden Playern im Bereich Social Media & Content Production in Deutschland zu gehören.
In der Vergangenheit haben wir bereits Kampagnen und Projekte u. a. für Mezzo Mix, Hype Festival und Yami Club umgesetzt.
Jetzt suchen wir Verstärkung im Bereich Video Editing, um gemeinsam den nächsten Schritt zu gehen!
Aufgaben
• Schnitt von Social Media Content (TikTok, Instagram Reels)
• Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Rohmaterial inkl. Sound Design, Effects und Timing
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Creative Team
• Optimierung von Videos auf Performance (Retention, Hooks, Pacing)
• Mitentwicklung von neuen Video-Formaten und Editing-Styles
Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Video Editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects o. ä.)
• Gutes Verständnis für Social Media Content und Trends (TikTok/IG)
• Gefühl für Timing, Storytelling und visuelle Hooks
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Zuverlässigkeit und schnelle Umsetzung
• Motivation, langfristig an großen Projekten mitzuwirken
