The Surgical Technologist position at Seattle Reproductive Medicine will allow you to work closely with a multidisciplinary surgical team to provide excellent patient care while making a difference every day.We are looking for a Part-Time Surgical Technologist to join our dedicated team at Seattle Reproductive Medicine located in Seattle, WA. This position will be one to two 10 - hour shifts per week working 7:30am - 6:00pm. Wednesdays are mandatory, the other scheduled day (if needed) is likely to be on either a Monday or Friday. RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in a variety of surgical procedures, including Egg Retrieval, Dilatation and Curettage, Hysteroscopy, Vasectomy Reversal, Testicular Sperm Aspiration, Varicocelectomies, and moreMaintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and ensure proper equipment setup and usagePrepare and maintain surgical setup, sterile field, and scrubs into surgeries promoting a safe environment of careAssist with patient positioning and ensure their comfort and safety in the Operating RoomParticipate in room turnover, decontamination, sterilization, and equipment maintenance according to recommended guidelines.Collaborate with the Surgical Team to efficiently manage daily workloadWork closely with the Inventory Supply coordinator to ensure adequate supplies are available for surgeriesCollaborates with external equipment representatives and vendors to ensure proper equipment functionalityUphold regulatory compliance and AAAHC guidelinesProvide exceptional customer service to patients and staff alikeREQUIREMENTS Washington State Department of Health Surgical Technologist licensure, requiredCompletion of Surgical Technologist Program, preferredMaintains current BLS COMPENSATION & BENEFITS$30.00 - $41.50 per hourThe compensation range for this position is between $30.00 - $41.50 per hour. Compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
