Our client is a prestigious endowment with over $6B in AUM. They invest globally across all asset classes.
Opportunity
The Investment Associate will assist in the evaluation and analysis of investments across both public and private portfolios. This individual will be a key, contributing member of a lean team and will be highly integrated into every aspect of the investment process. This is a two year program with an opportunity for a third year.
Responsibilities
Assist with the monitoring of existing managers of public and private investment portfoliosGather data and prepare reports for asset class level performance and exposure reviewSupport senior investment team and assist in the screening and diligence process for new managersAssist with the development and maintenance of asset class models and databasesParticipate in investment research projectsAssist in the preparation of materials for quarterly board meetingsSupport investment team with applicative administrative responsibilitiesOther duties as assigned
Qualifications
2-4 years of professional experience, preferably at a family office, endowment/foundation, pension, or similar asset allocator. Investment banking and consulting experience valued as wellBachelor’s degreeProgress towards CFA a plusIntellectually curious, highly motivated, and passionate about markets and investingExcellent quantitative and qualitative skillsHigh degree of professionalism and attention to detailProficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
