📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for an Application Support Specialist to join their team in the Cincinnati, OH area. This successful resource will be responsible for supporting a variety of applications and related technologies. This will include troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing software related issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Support integrated applications within a Microsoft environment.Serve as a subject matter expert on core applications.Troubleshoot server applications and related technologies.Participate in the evaluation and testing of new software applications and updates.Provide escalated coverage of the Help Desk and backup support to other team members as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:1 – 3 years of IT support experienceExperience supporting applications in a Microsoft environment.Strong troubleshooting skillsStrong communication skills to interact with business users
PREFERRED SKILLS:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience working in the legal industry.
TERMS:This position is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $65K based on experience. They offer benefits including full medical, dental, and vision along with generous PTO, 401K matching, and other soft benefits.
