📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Business Analyst to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for analyzing processes and data, while resolving problems efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES:Define and document business requirements and processesWrite functional design specificationsDevelop and lead the team through prototyping of solutionsDevelop test plans for implementationAnalyze data, programs, and processes to identify root issuesIdentify opportunities for improvement after throughout analysisDevelop and track project tasks, schedules, and budgets while managing project scopeServe as liaison between the business and software application teams REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree3+ years of experience as a Business AnalystExperience creating system requirements, working with packaged ERP or Warehouse Management System applicationsWorking knowledge of Windows ServersProficiency with SQL query or query toolsWorking knowledge of Relational Database Management System conceptsStrong communication and troubleshooting skills PREFERRED SKILLS:Experience working on digital transformation projectsLean or Agile experienceMicrosoft Power Apps knowledge
TERMS:This position is a direct hire with a salary up to $90K based on experience. They offer benefits including full medical, dental, and vision along with 401K matching, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
