📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Network Engineer to join their team in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. This successful resource will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network systems to ensure optimal performance. RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain a secure network infrastructure by performing upgrades, maintaining VPNs, and leading design/testingConfigure network monitoring systems and altering to maintain optimal network performanceCreate and maintain disaster recovery and regulatory compliance documentationDesign, configure, and secure interoperable networks for critical systemsCollaborate with teams to implement and support Cyber security solutions REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree5+ years of progressive network experienceExtensive enterprise level experience in Cisco, switches, routers, and firewalls PREFERRED SKILLS:Experience supporting Windows, Linux, and UNIXExperience with cyber security audit and remediationExperience with multiple network vendorsUtility industry experienceCertifications or advanced degree TERMS:This position is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $105K based on experience.
