A skilled nursing facility SNF in San Francisco, CA is looking for a dedicated Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Occupational Therapist OT to join their team for a 13 - week contract with the possibility to extend. Responsibilities of a Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Occupational Therapist OT
Plan, develop, and conduct occupational therapy programs Test and evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities Analyze medical data to determine rehabilitation goals for patients Consult with rehabilitation team to select activity programs Coordinate occupational therapy with other therapeutic activities Assessing the need for and recommending potential home modifications and safety equipment to reduce Teaching residents with low vision how to maximize their remaining vision and enhance safety through new techniques and technology Documentation is completed in a timely, complete, legible, concise and accurate manner New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply - We will support you through this transition
