Piper Companies is currently looking for an experienced Biochemist in West Point, Pennsylvania (PA) to work for an innovative and growing pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Responsibilities for the Biochemist include
Utilize skills with SDS-Page, Elisa, Capillary Electrophoresis, and UV-VIS to assist in the production and development of vaccinesAssist with endotoxin testing within the labSupport process Improvement projects such as standardization of test methods and the execution of test methods as well as assay validation/ qualificationPerform deviation and OOS investigations and carry our experiments in support of these investigationsEnsure compliance with regulations, guidelines and procedures
Qualifications for the Biochemist include
A minimum of 1 year of related experienceHands on experience using Capillary Electrophoresis, Elisa, SDS-Page and UV-VisExperience conducting deviation and OOS investigation’sTechnical writing experience preferredBachelor’s degree in Biochemistry or related field
Compensation for the Biochemist include
Salary Range is dependent upon experienceComprehensive benefits package
