📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Zachary Piper Solutions Is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to join a Business Consulting and Services Client. The Biomedical Equipment Technician is required to be on-site at the client’s facility in Decatur, GA. The Biomedical Equipment Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, installing, and repairing a wide variety of devices and instrumentation in the health care delivery system.
Responsibilities of the Biomedical Equipment Technician
Demonstrated competency to perform operational verification procedures, planned maintenance, and repair service on various medical equipment.Experience working with the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) or understanding of VISN, VA medical center, and Biomedical operations.Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical drawings or literature.
Qualifications of the Biomedical Equipment Technician
Minimum (1) year of hospital or healthcare experience.Completion of associate degree or equivalent military training.Must be able to obtain a federal Public Trust Clearance.
Compensation for the Biomedical Equipment Technician
Salary Range: $50-60K Based on experience**Full Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
