📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Piper Companies is looking for a Network Engineer for a Pharmaceutical Company in Swedesboro, NJ for a hybrid contract role.
Responsibilities for the Network Engineer
Work with Director of Infrastructure to ensure delivery of Network Transformation projects set to happen Switch environment from a multi-ISP environment at their three Legacy brick and mortar locations, to being streamlined for their new 10 locations Sit in on design and Architectural planning meetings
Qualifications for the Network Engineer
5+ years of experience in Network Engineering Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred Experience in completing SD-WAN transformations from Cisco Meraki Experienced in performing Network Migrations and Transformations when adding new sites Expertise with Dell Switches, SonicWall Firewalls, Legacy Cisco switches as well Leadership and good communication skills needed Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience required
Compensation for the Network Engineer
Hourly pay rate targeting $60-$65/hr Hybrid work schedule 2 days/week in office Required to travel as needed to sites Comprehensive Benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO
