Piper Health and Sciences is actively seeking an Oncology Clinical Studies Coordinator to join a mid sized clinical research organization (CRO). This is a work from home / remote position.
Responsibilities for Oncology Clinical Studies Coordinator
Manage oncology trials including overseeing multiple clinical research sites for study start up activities, enrollment of patients, reporting of adverse events, and close out activities Responsible for reviewing data in EDC and EMR systems to issue and close out queries Review, approve and manage source documentation in CTMS and eTMF systemsOversee training of site staff, resourcing, reconciliation, completion of monitoring visits, and site audits Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including sponsors, vendors, labs, management, pharmaceutical representatives and hospitals
Technical Requirements for Oncology Clinical Studies Coordinator:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a clinical research coordinator, clinical research nurse, clinical trials associate or similar role within a CRO or clinical research siteExperience with oncology clinical trials required Hands on experience with EDC and EMR systems, Epic or Athena preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits for Oncology Clinical Studies Coordinator
Compensation: $45,000-$65,000, based on previous salary history and experienceFull Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k
