📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate for a growing organization in Durham, North Carolina. The Operations Associate will support the operations team within various functions of the business. The Operations Associate will be customer facing (internally and externally) and must possess a strong passion for customer service. The Operations Associate role is ONSITE 3 days a week in the office – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and requires a Bachelor’s Degree.
Responsibilities for the Operations Associate include
Provide a positive client experience Manage all verbal and written communication and correspondence with clients Take a proactive approach and follow up on issues until resolution Handle all requests to full completion and escalate any issues proactively to management
Qualifications for the Operations Associate include
Bachelor’s Degree is REQUIRED! Onsite 3 days a week is REQUIRED! A customer centric mindset with a passion to provide the highest level of service Comfortable and confident communicating to clients over the phone, email, chat and text
Compensation for the Operations Associate includes
Range: $22-23/hr based on experience No sponsorship or C2C arrangements
