📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Piper Life Sciences is actively seeking a PMO Consultant to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility that is brand new and going to be the largest end-to-end cell manufacturing facility in Northern America.. The PMO Consultant will be driving the identification, prevention, and remediation of risks to cGMP operations readiness for a greenfield large scale Biomanufacturing facility. This is a Monday-Friday role, located on-site in Holly Springs, NC.
Responsibilities of the PMO Consultant include
Drive project management plans for the risk management portion of the larger operations readiness projectCommunicate plans regarding risk management for operation readiness Drive weekly milestone objectives with operations readinessDrive prospective weekly gemba and deep dive for key milestone objectives within the operations readiness plansWork cross functionally with project managers, engineering, etc. to ensure programs remain compliant.
Qualifications for the PMO Consultant include
B.S. in a scientific discipline or related field5-10 plus years of PMO experienceProven experience in biopharmaceutical cell culture, purification, and fill finish facility operationsProven experience delivering biopharmaceutical cell culture, purification, and fill finish facility operations
