📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Piper Health and Sciences is actively seeking a Program Manager, Data Analytics and Health Care Compliance to work for a large global medical device company in the Central New Jersey area. This position is a hybrid role working 3 days in the New Brunswick, NJ office.
Responsibilities for Program Manager, Data Analytics and Health Care Compliance
Oversee multiple systems to oversee health care compliance, system processes, business processes, process changes, and overall data management for medical device production Responsible for risk management, risk assessments, and audit management End-to-end system data management including build out of tableau dashboards, data identification, data analytics, reporting metrics, process improvements, and control processes Oversee system upgrades, process enhancements, website maintenance and validation activities within SharePoint
Technical Requirements for Program Manager, Data Analytics and Health Care Compliance:
Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemical engineering, business administration, computer science, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer goods or biotechnology GMP regulated environment At least 2 years of experience with data analytics and compliance Experience with building dashboards SharePoint, Tableau, and Power Apps Excellent organizational skills and proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits for Program Manager, Data Analytics and Health Care Compliance
Compensation: $90,000 – 140,000 based on previous salary history and experience Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, etc
