Piper Companies is currently seeking a Quality Technician V to support a reputable medical diagnostic equipment company in Depew, NY.
Responsibilities For The Quality Technician V
Conduct incoming inspections, First Article Inspection, and Final Product Verification. Participate in compliance audits. Manage internal calibration program. Support engineering with inspection reports and customer returns. Collaborate with teams to address quality issues and supplier performance. Fulfill additional duties as needed.
Qualifications For The Quality Technician V
AAS degree in technical field with 3+ years manufacturing experience, preferably in Quality Inspection. Familiar with validation and calibration in medical device manufacturing. Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and calibration databases. Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and using measurement gauges. Experience with optical component and machined part suppliers.
Compensation For The Quality Technician V
Pay Rate: $24.85/hr. Full Time Permanent Opportunity Comprehensive Benefits package
