Responsibilities of the Remote Behavioral Health Care Manager
Assess medical records, care plans, and medical charts to provide quality care for patientsPrepare and analyze data from electrical medical recordsCoordinate with patients and providers to produce high quality behavioral health care servicesPerform comprehensive assessment of the member's behavioral health status, educational, and level of support needsPerform ongoing monitoring and management of member including: scheduled follow-up with member, discussion of plan with member, appropriate services/education to address needs, appropriate referrals with supporting document, and assessment of progress towards goals.
Qualifications of the Remote Behavioral Health Care Manager
LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFTRN or BSN- North Carolina/Compact license3 + years of behavioral health case management experience
Compensation for the Remote Behavioral Health Care Manager
Annual Salary Range: $36-$38/hr based on relative experienceComprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
