📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Piper Health Sciences is seeking a Research Associate II to join a pre-clinical organization focusing on in vivo models of human diseases located in Rockville, MD. The Research Associate II will perform flow cytometry and other immunological assays.
Responsibilities of the Research Associate II include
Plan and perform cell-based assays of animal samplesConduct multicolor flow cytometric assays using spectral and conventional flow cytometryFollow and carry out SOPs for the operation of standard laboratory equipmentProcess blood and tissue for in vitro assaysAnalyze and interpret experimental data
Qualifications for the Research Associate II include
3+ years of flow cytometry experience Immunoassay experience (ELISA, ELISpot, Luminex)Experience working with pre-clinical samples is preferred B.S./M.S. in Life Sciences
Compensation for the Research Associate II include
Salary Range: $30 - $38/hr **depending on experience**Full Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k, PTO
