📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Piper Health and Sciences is seeking a motivated Scientist (Immunology) to support a pre-clinical research organization in the Portage, MI area. The Scientist (Immunology) will be responsible for overseeing method development and method validation for studies.
Responsibilities of the Scientist (Immunology) include
Develop all protocols and ensure they are being executed properly (ligand binding assays/ELISA)Serve as the Point of Contact for all clients regarding studies and overall planning, execution and pricing for studiesHandle all communication with study sponsors regarding project timelines, changes, requirements and updatesEnsure all documentation, data, protocols, specimens and summary reports are up-to-date and accurate
Qualifications of the Scientist (Immunology) include
8+ years of experience working in method development (specifically in immunology)Extensive experience working with ligand binding assay, ELISA, multiplex, MSD assaysBachelor's Degree in science related field (PhD or Master's preferred)
Compensation for the Scientist (Immunology) includes
Salary: Between $75,000 - $90,000 ***based on years of relevant experience***Benefits: Full Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance, 401k contributions, PTO (Paid Time Off), Paid Holidays
