📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Piper Companies is looking for a System Administrator to join a consulting firm serving clients in a variety of industries including petrochemical companies. This is a full-time position and fully onsite in New Castle, DE.
Essential Duties of the System Administrator
Administration of Windows domain environment.PowerShell scripting for server configuration/troubleshooting and task automation.Administration and troubleshooting of the full Microsoft Office suite of tools (on prem and O365).Router/Switch administration (Basic understanding of networking principals and configuration, cabling, TCP/IP, port channel, etc)
Qualifications of the System Administrator
B.S. and 5 years of experience or 7+ years of experience in lieu of degree. Required: PowerShell, Active Directory (EntraID), and Window Server experience. AWS or cloud experience would be helpful. Experience with Cisco firewalls and switches.
Compensation for the System Administrator
$90,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, paid holidays
