Join our team as an Accounts Payable Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Efficiently process invoices and credits from wholesalers, ensuring adherence to payment terms to uphold and enhance our positive reputation.-Utilize approval routing software to verify the proper authorization of invoices, ensuring compliance with internal controls.-Manage the timely accrual of invoices for month-end and year-end closes, contributing to accurate financial reporting.-Generate electronic fund transfer (EFT) proposals daily and prepare wire payments weekly, ensuring smooth and timely disbursement of funds.-Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP master file data, supporting the integrity of financial records.-Collaborate with the Sales and Accounts Receivable teams to address wholesaler inquiries promptly and effectively, fostering strong relationships.-Adhere to company policies and procedures while executing the responsibilities of the role, maintaining compliance and integrity.
