Up to $70k maxClient Job Title: Director of Social ServicesTeam Size: The director oversees a program of five social workers, one social work supervisor, one student intern and one administrative assistant. Currently the director directly supervises two social workers, the social work supervisor and the admin.
Must Haves: *MSW degree*Geriatrics Social Services program, specifically a program that works with housing elder populations or provides human services support through older adults senior centers
Preferred: *Bilingual in English & Russian*LMSW
Job Summary/Description: A leading social services organization is in search of a strong Director of Social Services. This individual Administers and manages the day-to-day operations, oversees department budget, ensures provision of services, implements, and maintains health and safety standards, and supervises a team of staff to provide a high standard of services to clients and the community at large.
