Due to continuing growth, our team is seeking a Tax Manager who has an entrepreneurial spirit and knows how to get things done. The Tax Manager is a key part of the management team. In addition to the traditional roll-up your sleeves tax preparation and review, the role requires a strong sense of strategy and management.

What you will do
Coach/Mentor staff to assist with enhancing their skills and further developing their careerManage office workflow and proceduresLead client engagement and become relationship ownerPrepare and Review individual, business (c-corps, s-corps, partnerships), exempt & fiduciary tax returnsProvide advisory services to clients related to tax, finance & business practicesWork with Tax Director to develop and implement the firm's retention, growth, and operational strategies
What we look for
6+ years of experience preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership and estate tax returnsBA or higher degree in accountingCPA / EA requiredPrior team management experience a major plus
