ALSO Top law firm seeking government contracts partners and groups with a portable book of business to advise U.S. and international corporations on multifaceted issues related to government contracts. Partners work with sophisticated U.S. and foreign companies on their government contracts, including proposal preparation, bid protests, claims and disputes, cost and pricing structures, contract negotiation, and compliance with regulatory structures; handle criminal and civil proceedings involving major defense, healthcare, and government contractors, weapons systems, and civil False Claims Act (FCA) investigations; conduct internal investigations, facilitate voluntary and mandatory disclosures to federal agencies and the Department of Justice (DOJ), and manage bid protests; address matters related to suspension and debarment, export controls, foreign military sales, lobbying and election laws, foreign ownership and control of U.S. companies, and complex litigation within these practice areas; and engage in international commerce matters, representing both foreign clients dealing with U.S. government agencies and U.S. clients involved with foreign governments, including handling international arbitration cases.Develop and maintain a strong book of business, cultivating and expanding client relationships within the litigation practice. Provide strategic counsel and advocacy to clients, delivering efficient and effective legal solutions tailored to their needs and objectives.
