📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Title: Program ManagerLocation: Johnston, RI OR Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Position: ContractJob Responsibilities:· Provide thought leadership to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the implementation of Generative Al solutions that are aligned with business goals. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, identify opportunities for applying Generative Al, and provide tailored solutions to address their unique challenges. · Strategize and execute end-to-end generative Al projects right from origination, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to the successful delivery of the same.· Serve as a techno-marketer and act as a bridge between technical, business and client teams.· Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills for effectively conveying technical concepts to business stakeholders and vice versa while reaching an alignment for smooth delivery of the project.· Possess strong communication and presentation skills, enabling effective client engagement and stakeholder management.· Provide guidance and mentorship to the team of Generative Al professionals and plan for long-term growth and upskilling.· Stay on top of the latest Gen Al developments and leveraging the same in client conversations and engagements. · Drive the ethical and responsible usage of Generative Al, addressing privacy, bias, and faimess concerns.· Strong project management abilities to oversee generative Al initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and resources for seamless implementation.· Leadership qualities combined with problem-solving, organizational, and delegation skills to inspire and nurture team members for peak performance.Key Skills:· Generative Al Expertise/knowledge· Familiarity with coding languages like Python and Al frameworks· Familiar with Data Analysis and Insights· Digital customer experience· Strategic thinking· Analytical skills
