Sales Recruiter

The Sales Recruiter is responsible for attracting and hiring entry-level sales candidates across the PLS network. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, while learning key recruiting skills to help advance your career.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidatesCoordinate and schedule interviews with prospective applicantsRepresent PLS professionally over the phone, in the office, and out at college networking eventsTrack and document all efforts in applicant tracking systemsAssist with new hire orientation process including new hire paperworkIdentify personnel needs, job specifications, qualifications, and skillsReview applications to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about organization and positionScreen and refer candidates for additional interview with others in organizationUtilize all recruiting and sourcing platforms available for candidate activityProvide information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferredAt least one year of recruiting strongly preferredComfort level in a growth- and goal-oriented environmentSense of urgency and bias for actionStrong ability to articulate verbally and present professionallyExceptional verbal and written communication skills
