📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Here Is What You Will Do
Profitability and Top-Line Trend Analysis
Create report suites that support varying state and segmented marketing strategies Develop pertinent management reports comparing performance vs targets Develop analyses to identify problems and opportunities due to shifts in volume and loss ratio Create agent analytics database and able to perform agent drill down analyses and analyze agent profitability concerns
Agent Segmentation Management
Manage IA Group Agent Segmentation phases Drive periodic reviews of segmenting agents based on quoting/selling, retention, and profitability attributes.
Agent Incentive Support
Own the IA Group Profit Share module including all agent plan attributes and offerings Provide datasets for use in evaluating agents eligibility and needs or individual agent incentives Create tools to monitor and project agent incentive payments daily Create visually appealing documents to communicate individual agent results
Here Is What You Will Bring To The Table
BA Degree in quantitative field of study Product or Actuarial experience desired Extensive experience with database and SQL tools including MS SQL, Tableau, Visual BASIC, and EXCEL Ability to work with counterparts in the organization with varying levels of technical expertise, including Marketing, Product, and IT personnel Ability to work independently and efficiently on a high volume of tasks Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in data visualization and analytics to continuously improve reporting capabilities
