The HRIS Manager will manage, maintain and support PLZ Corp UKG applications and modules. Work with HR team, PLZ management and end users with HRIS system and reporting.

Key Responsibility:Oversee and maintain UKG HRIS which includes, customization, development, maintenance and applicable upgrades to applications, systems, and modules.Manage relationship with UKG, outside vendors and other stakeholders for problem solving, HRIS design and implementation.Develop and maintain HRIS procedures and policies.Manage permissions, access, personalization for individual HRIS users.Design, document, and implement ad hoc and ongoing reports in UKG and CognosMaintain data feed reporting, formats and protocols needed by various benefit plan partners and other vendors.Ensure system compliance with applicable data security and privacy requirements.Work with HR Team Analyst as needed to automate and administer performance management, merit and bonus processes.Act as primary point person for annual ACA, EEO-1, Vets 100 and other state required filings.Perform internal and external system audits to ensure data integrity and efficient payroll processing.Act as project manager in new system implementations and upgrades.Work with Payroll team to research and identify root causes for date problems such as design, user error or other issues to ensure accurate HRIS system processes and reports.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a concentration in Business, Information Systems or Human Resources.7 to 10 years’ experience in HRIS project management and configuration.Experience with UKG/Kronos/Cognos reporting.Experience with Canadian payroll processes a plus.Strong working knowledge of payroll and HR business rules preferred.Strong organizational and project management skillsDemonstrated knowledge of ExcelStrong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Excellent analytical and communication skillsAbility to work with all levels of the organization.
