📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client an AI music-focused startup based in New York. This is a fully remote opportunity but candidates need to be located in the Eastern Time Zone, and candidates located in the tri-state area will be prioritized. Candidates must have ideally at least 3+ years of experience in either music or tech. This is a very exciting opportunity to work for a growing venture-backed company. Looking to hire ASAP! Responsibilities:Navigating customer success via company inboxAppropriately deciphering inbound emails and directing them to the correct departmentValidating payroll Other operational tasks as neededProject work as wellCalendar management and scheduling Requirements:Must be able to pass an in-depth background check and provide excellent referencesMust have at least 3+ years of experience working in tech or musicMust be professional, polished, and personableSchedule:Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
