The successful candidate is willing and able to work in person and has a background in calendaring, legal filing in state and federal court, assistance with drafting pleadings, propounding, and answering discovery, preparation for trials and handling client calls.Due to the fast past environment, it is necessary to be efficient, organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize duties and adhere to company policies and procedures.QUALIFICATIONSTechnologically savvy including proficient in Microsoft Office.Familiarity with federal and state codes of civil procedure and litigation processes.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Resourceful and proactive in dealing with internal and external issues.Ability to organize, prioritize, and work under pressure.Ability to negotiate and problem solve.Compensation: DOE.Education and Experience:Minimum 2 years complex litigation experience.We are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
