Outside Sales Representative

We are searching for a full-time Sales Representative to add to our team! The ideal candidate will come with experience selling heavy machinery. The position includes a base salary and commission pay on net sales. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for complete lifecycle equipment sales to new and existing clients within the tri-county area. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable with lead generation through cold calling and in-person site visits. Job Qualifications (Required)· 4-year college degree in a related field with at least one year of related outside sales experience or 3-4 years of related outside sales experience. · Prior experience with heavy construction equipment, forestry equipment, and compact equipment operations and sales or equivalent product knowledge.· Valid Driver’s License, a reliable vehicle with automotive insurance coverage. This is a full-time contract role with unlimited and uncapped commission potential.

The role reports to the Sales Manager and Company Owner through phone calls, video conferences, text messages, emails, in-field meetings, and in-office meetings. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with additional availability based on customers’ needs.
