Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Blaster / Painter. The Industrial Blaster / Painter will be responsible for surface preparation, paint application, painting, and high performance coating application. The role involves working large-scale projects that may require boom lift access or rigging challenges, as well as smaller projects. Attention to detail and the ability to meet project schedules are crucial for delivering a quality paint job.
QualificationsExperience in paint application, painting and decorating, coatings, and spray paintingAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work in physically demanding environmentsKnowledge of surface preparation and safety protocolsExperience with rigging and access challengesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPrior experience in industrial painting or commercial painting is a plusCertifications or training in painting or related fields are beneficial
