Role DescriptionPositive Recovery Centers is seeking a full-time Admissions Specialist for our Webster, TX location. In this role, the Admissions Specialist will be responsible for managing the admissions process and coordinating with potential clients and their families. This includes conducting initial screenings, providing information about our programs and services, and assisting with scheduling intake procedures. The Admissions Specialist will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition into our treatment program and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Primarily seeking somebody available to work nights and weekends.
Qualifications
2 years esxperience orking in Substance Abuse or Behavioral Health FieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in customer service or salesKnowledge of student recruiting or education processesAbility to empathize and connect with individuals in crisisExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience in the addiction treatment or mental health field is a plus
