Our Company: PPM is a progressive national advertising sales organization that represents some of USA TODAY’s government publications, including Veterans Affairs, NASA, Homeland Security and many more! In addition to the government publications we offer a wide variety of keepsake, commemorative stand-alone publications from USA TODAY that provide readers with rich content and complete coverage. PPM is looking to hire career- minded sales executives in our office in Henderson, Nevada. This is a great opportunity for college graduates to work with a respected national brand and grow with our company as we expand into new markets.
The Job at a Glance: PPM Sales Representatives sell advertising on behalf of USA TODAY Special Edition's to local, regional and national companies throughout the country. In addition, we publish the official team yearbooks and game programs for professional sports franchises which include the Vegas Golden Knights, Las Vegas Raiders, and other regional NFL, NHL, NBA, and MLB teams. Packages include a combination of promotional assets and hospitality options for client entertainment. Expectation is to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
Compensation: We provide a professional environment with competitive compensation and benefits package commensurate with experience and performance. Our base compensation is $50,000 per year based on sales made. Additional commissions can be earned above and beyond as well. Additionally, we offer employee benefits which include: employer contributed medical premiums for both employee and dependents, Health Savings Account(HSA), 401(k), and paid time off.
