Quality Engineer

Our client, a Massachusetts-based medical device company specializing in arterial fibrillation treatments, is focused on advancing innovative therapies while enhancing patient accessibility. They recently acquired a leading organization and are developing the next generation of cardiac ablation systems, poised for rapid growth while offering employees a meaningful role in life-saving technology development.Role Duties/Expectations:Support new product development, design changes, and process enhancements.Participate in risk management and develop/validate test methods.Improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality.Develop and implement inspection procedures.Assist in non-conforming material disposition and root cause investigations.Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections.Manage records and document archival.Support complaint handling and corrective action implementation.Draft complaint response communications to customers.Assist in maintaining the quality management system, including audits and maintenance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent quality engineering experience.Experience in medical device catheter manufacturing.Proficiency in statistics and statistical techniques.Knowledge of design and process control for US and international product distribution.Ability to manage multiple projects within strict deadlines accurately and efficiently.
