📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Preti Flaherty is a diverse law firm with more than 100 attorneys and offices in ME, NH, MA and D.C. We are currently seeking an experienced Attorney to work in our dynamic and growing Real Estate and Finance Practice Group in our Portland, ME office.
A candidate must have:-Top academic credentials.-3-6 years’ experience in commercial real estate transactions.-Specific experience negotiating real estate purchase agreements and commercial leases.-Additional experience with commercial loans, condominium development, bond work, title -examinations, and title insurance preferred; and-ME bar admission.-Portable books of business are favorable, but not necessary.
