📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Epicor Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Epicor Kinetic and extensive experience with various Epicor ERP modules. This role will involve evaluating and improving our current Epicor ERP setup, coordinating with stakeholders, managing project scopes, and ensuring successful migrations and implementations.
Key Responsibilities:Evaluate the current state of Epicor ERP setup and recommend improvements since go-live.Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria for ERP implementations and migrations.Coordinate and track assessments of the current environment, including data, information, and site collections.Collaborate with agency stakeholders to verify critical data accuracy and manage reporting needs.Coordinate and collaborate on the Epicor Issues Log, implementing enhancements as needed.Track and manage thorough testing of data integrity, access controls, and functionality.Monitor migration processes to ensure data integrity and minimal downtime.Evaluate migration success against defined criteria and create comprehensive project reports.Provide knowledge transfer and training to users as necessary.Manage and mediate stakeholder requirements and inputs throughout projects.Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze project requirements and inputs, ensuring high-quality project outputs.
Desired Qualifications:3 years of technical experience in Epicor Kinetic.Experience with Epicor ERP modules, including Financials Core, CRM Core, Operations Core, FPA Core, and others listed in the job description.Portfolio management experience is a plus.Strong critical thinking skills to analyze project requirements and make informed decisions.Ability to manage and mediate stakeholder requirements effectively.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
