📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, and execute graphic elements for various communication channels, ensuring alignment with the brand identity.Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to apply design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition to enhance visual appeal and usability while maintaining brand consistency.Collaborate with team members to create compelling content that adheres to brand guidelines and integrates consistent messaging across multiple platforms.Provide strategic direction and concept development for both printed and digital marketing materials, including signage, flyers, brochures, infographics, and logos.Translate ideas into visually engaging presentations and design solutions using Adobe Creative Cloud software.Manage a high-volume workload efficiently, meeting all project deadlines.Coordinate with external vendors for the production of print and digital deliverables.Synthesize input from various sources to create cohesive brand designs for both print and digital assets.Solve design challenges effectively, blending brand personality and visuals to create engaging experiences.Maintain and update project archives on group servers.
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or related field.Three years of experience creating visual content for print, social media, marketing, or corporate communications.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, and After Effects.Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, photography, and current design trends.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
