📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Overview: We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual to join our team and contribute to our maintenance and construction projects. As a Painters, Construction, and Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our facilities through painting, drywall patching, general maintenance, and other assigned tasks. If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, proficiency in drywall patching and painting, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply and be part of our team.
Primary Skill Requirement:Proficiency in drywall patching and painting (75% of workload)General maintenance work (20%)Other assigned duties (5%)Trade education is a plusMinimum 5 years of relevant experience
Skills and Qualifications:Skilled in drywall patching, painting, and general maintenanceStrong knowledge and experience in drywall repair techniques and painting methodsAbility to handle painting equipment and tools effectivelyTrade education or certification in maintenance-related fields is advantageous
Roles and Responsibilities:Report to work on time and meet with the maintenance supervisor to discuss daily projects.Perform all assigned maintenance tasks, including drywall patching, painting, and general maintenance work, in a timely and efficient manner.Close out work orders accurately and promptly.Respond promptly to facilities managers and supervisors for any emergencies or urgent maintenance needs during the shift.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance duties.
