📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Pride Health is hiring for a Clinic RN for a client in Bradenton, FL! (Contract to Hire)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pmContract: 3 month contract to hirePay Rate: $43-46/hour
Primary Responsibilities:Comprehensively screens patients for care opportunities and collaborates with treating physician to develop care plans that meet patients’ needs and result in appropriate quality carePerforms selected IV therapy and administers prescribed treatment per Provider orderMaintains clinical documentation within the medical records assuring compliance within all guidelines. Documents all interventions, responses, and outcomeProvides condition specific patient education and anticipatory guidance, as well as care coordination, under the guidance of the ProviderProvides direct nursing care, comfort measures, emotional support to patients
Required Qualifications:High school graduate, GED or equivalentState Licensed LPN or RNBasic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
