📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Title: RN - Case WorkerLocation: Flushing, NY 11355 Shift: 8AM to 4PM (M-F)Duration: 5 Months with strong possibility of extension:
Experience:At least 5 years clinical experience as a registered nurse in a medical or surgical unit, Home Care or post-acute facility experience in critical care preferred.Epic experience, Discharge planning experience, Utilization Planning experience and PRI Screener # required. NYS RN License required. Case Management Certification preferred. All Scrips experience preferred.
