They offer stable working hours and progressive pay advancements as you grow with the company.Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and complaintsProvide information about and cross-sell the products and services we work withTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesQualificationsExcellent communication skills; verbal and writtenCustomer service orientedComputer savvyInbound/outbound calls experienceStrong computer skills"Must type 40 words per minute to succeed in this role"
