Job Title: Audience Engagement Concierge (Sales, Customer Service)

Objective:The Audience Engagement Concierge will spearhead Prima Theatre's sales initiatives, driving audience expansion and connecting people to fresh theatrical experiences that will invigorate their lives.
Focus Areas:- Drive significant growth in ticket purchases for Prima productions through tenacious and strategic sales efforts led with kindness.- Cultivate robust partnerships for group sales with retirement communities, professional associations, tourism entities, and corporate entities.- Provide support for inquiries and sales related to theater rentals.
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and pursue ticket sales opportunities in targeted markets, leveraging relationships with various organizations, primarily focused on group sales.2. Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across different sectors.3. To maximize exposure, assist in sales campaigns across digital and print platforms.4. Engage potential clients, negotiate terms, and close sales to exceed revenue targets.5. Provide exceptional customer service, managing inquiries and reservations seamlessly.6. Take box office calls when in-office.7. Manage the Box Office for half of Prima performances, assisting the Patron Catalyst staff member.8. Coordinate group attendance logistics internally, including ticketing and accommodations.9. Provide comprehensive updates and reports on sales activities and market feedback.10. Represent Prima at networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote group sales.11. Gather and integrate feedback to continuously refine sales strategies.
Expectations: Office hours: 3 days per week, negotiable schedule, and remote work. Expected at 50% of performances within salary agreement Exemplary representation of Prima's values.Achievement of a minimum of five group sales per production (groups of ten or more).Learning and utilizing the Patron Manager box office system.Presence at select performances for stewardship of group sale client relationships.Assistance with Box Office management at performances for half of Prima performances.
Compensation: Part-time position with an annual base salary of $20,000.3% commission upon reaching sales goals.Eligibility for unemployment and workers comp benefits.
