What You’ll Be Doing:Prepare long term and short term forecasts for their groupWork with Sales and Marketing on gathering data for forecastsBuild processes and from the ground up reports for the groupConvert inventory and demand plans to actionable long term goalsTake part in the S&OP processLead process improvement initiativesWork with IT on necessary system changes and requestsAssist with consolidated forecasts for the company demand planAd hoc reports as needed
What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in business or related major preferredMinimum 5 years total experience including some demand planning experienceERP experience requiredStrong technical skills included but not limited to PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, etcExcellent written and verbal communication skills
