The Retail Operations Analyst is responsible for all aspects of customer service, including but not limited to, efficient telephone and email communications across all customer segments regarding account questions and concerns as well as accurate and timely processing of enrollment and billing transactions.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for efficient and quality customer service to all customer segments via telephone and email communicationsResponsible for processing of enrollment and billing related transactions, billing, and transaction exceptions to ensure timely and accurate production of customer enrollment and invoices for all customer segmentsResponsible for accepting and posting paymentsResponsible for analyzing and taking action on applicable reporting and any issues identified during day to day responsibilitiesResponsible for Market Relations communication and resolutionResponsible for backing up other analysts on the team as well as their responsibilities when necessaryResponsible for analyzing and troubleshooting customer questions and concerns including working with other departments to ensure the best customer service interaction possible
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEStrong interpersonal, analytical and time management skillsAbility to multi-task, problem solve and articulate thoughts and concepts wellExperience in MS Office Suites and MS ExcelExperience in Energy specific industryKnowledge of ERCOT, PJM, MISO, NYISO, NEISO, PUC and/or TDSP/TDU standards
