📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Primary Talent Partners has a 6-month contract for a Data Entry Specialist with our great client in Fort Myers, FL.
Candidates must be willing to work onsite on hybrid schedule
Key Responsibilities
Monitor assigned email box and promptly processing emails into the CRM database during working hours.Edit POC Requests in Gartner's CRM system against daily requests received via email exchange with the internal stakeholders (TAT of 24 hours to be maintained)Maintain and update the POC request tracker for operational view on the requestsWork alongside the team to drive operational excellence by continuously iterating processes across the prospect lifecycleSupport the team in partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and enhanced experiences to ensure the SLA of 24 hours for EP assignment is metAct swiftly when a received email requires action whether it's taking the action or flagging it to the leadershipActively monitor the request queue and promptly routing requests during shifts
Desired Skillsets
Proficient in English languageStrong verbal and written communicationPrior work experience in backend / business operationsPreferred: Experience working across multiple time zonesAbility to work with cross-functional teamsAbility to use problem solving skills to highlight urgent issues, when needed.Working knowledge of Macros would be a plus
